If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. Please email customercare@orientalfurniture.com or call us at 800.978.2100 to get a RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
