We use Federal Express Ground to ship all of our orders.

Overnight, Second Day and International shipping options are available (these shipping options are not currently available through our online shopping system).

• Shipping transit time can vary depending on location and shipping option. Most orders are received within 2-5 days.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping.

Damaged items
In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials and call us at 1-800-978-2100 or email us at customercare@orientalfurniture.com to have the item picked up and to schedule a replacement.
