Good quality, quick shippingSep 09, 2011

The chest arrived in good time, and it was double-boxed with the interior box centered by foam inserts. Good job there, no damage. The quality of the chest is better than I expected. Not perfect but pretty good, all in all. The only complaint I have is that the size of the drawers wasn't shown in the displays and they're a good inch or two shorter than the depth of the chest. That was important because I wanted to be able to store incense sticks in the drawers; that's not happening. Still, the entire chest looks great, I'm pleased with the quality and I like it, so I'll find other things to use it for.

This item is styled after Korean furniture, not Japanese. Lister should correct their listing so there's no misunderstanding regarding the product!

I've seen much better made furniture and also furniture made much worse. This is "mid level quality". Looks nice. Came well packaged. No damage at all. No assembly required. Arrived on time. I appreciated that the back was wood with the same finish as the rest of the piece. I'm reasonably happy with the product though I was hoping for higher quality for the price.
