Not a bright gold leafDec 22, 2008
By Dianne Cutshaw
"Lady Di"
The descriptive image is bright gold leaf and vibrant bits of color. (I have previously seen an old silk screen similar to this.) The screen that I received was not a "gold leaf" but a dull gold color back ground with subdued color print. I liked the print; but not on the dull green wall where I intended to hang it. In comparing what I received with the image, I realized that the photographer used a high intensity light to achieve the bright gold leaf effect. The seller was very courteous and made returning the screen easy.
good but not great.Nov 05, 2007
By Davis P. Noble For the money this is a good purchase. It doesn't look like antique piece but does a nice job on the wall.
